Membership Terms & Conditions

1. Membership benefits

Active members receive six live online classes each month, that month’s available recordings and selected past resources, an RM50 monthly voucher, a members’ monthly gathering, priority reservations and 10% off eligible merchandise.

Schedules and practitioners may change. Special events, private sessions and additional workshops are included only when expressly stated. Membership and access are personal and cannot be shared.

2. Monthly automatic payment

Membership fees are charged automatically each month through Stripe. Manual monthly payments are currently unavailable.

By subscribing, you authorise Stripe to charge your selected payment method each month at your confirmed rate until you cancel or an approved freeze begins. Your billing date appears in your subscription confirmation. Missing classes or not using benefits does not stop payment. Failed payments may lead to suspended access until resolved.

3. Your membership price

Eligible founding members keep their special monthly rate confirmed when they join, while their membership remains continuously active, including approved freezes.

If you cancel and later rejoin, the price available at that time applies. We honour the pricing promises in your joining confirmation.

4. Cancellation

You may cancel at any time by contacting us on WhatsApp before your next billing date. Please allow two working days for processing. A request received before the billing date will be honoured even if processing takes longer.

You retain access until the end of your paid billing period, and your membership will not renew.

5. Freezing your membership

After three paid months, you may request one freeze per membership year, lasting one or two consecutive full monthly billing periods. A membership year is the 12 months from your joining date and each anniversary.

Request your freeze at least seven calendar days before renewal. It begins on a billing date and requires our written confirmation. Payments and all benefits pause, including classes, recordings, vouchers and discounts. Your protected membership rate stays unchanged.

Payments and benefits resume automatically on the confirmed date. We will send a reminder seven days before resumption. To stop future payments, cancel before that date. Freezes are not normally backdated; exceptional circumstances may be considered.

6. Your RM50 monthly voucher

The voucher is valid only during its calendar month for eligible private sessions or in-person workshops with a normal price above RM100.

It is non-transferable, has no cash value, cannot be carried forward and cannot be combined with other promotions unless stated. Check eligibility and availability before booking.

7. Refunds and service changes

We do not normally refund missed classes, unused benefits or cancellation during a paid period. We will correct duplicate or incorrect charges. If we materially cannot provide a promised service, we will offer a suitable replacement or an appropriate refund. Your rights under Malaysian law are unaffected.

We will give advance notice of material changes to terms or benefits. Changes will not retrospectively remove existing pricing promises.

8. Participation and privacy

Please respect confidential sharing. Do not record, take screenshots, distribute session content or use AI note-takers without permission. Before recording a session, we explain what will be recorded and who may access it. Promotional use of identifiable images, testimonials or personal stories requires separate permission.

Our members’ WhatsApp group is by invitation only, and joining is optional.

Activities support personal development and wellbeing and do not replace medical or psychiatric care. Exercises and sharing are voluntary; you may pause or decline.
